Catopian is a new and small business. We don't offer FREE SHIPPING at this time. We just start our business recently, and we don't provide any FREE SHIPPING service right now. When the tracking shows "Delievered", then it is delievered.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don't have any refund and return policy, except the product is overdated. We offer free return label if the product is overdated. The product must be not opened when it returned to our warehouse.
